By using TutorDekho's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
- "TutorDekho" refers to the online platform that connects tutors with students seeking educational services.
- "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the TutorDekho platform, including students, parents, and tutors.
- "Services" refers to the educational services, tutoring sessions, and other related services provided through the TutorDekho platform.
- "Content" refers to all information, text, graphics, photos, videos, and other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the TutorDekho platform.
2. Services
a. Service Description
TutorDekho provides an online platform that connects qualified tutors with students seeking educational assistance. Our services include but are not limited to facilitating tutoring sessions, providing educational resources, and managing the administrative aspects of the tutoring relationship.
b. Service Availability
TutorDekho strives to ensure that our platform is available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services and reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to parts or all of our platform without prior notice.
c. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes to our services.
3. User Responsibilities
a. Account Information
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including username and password. Users are also responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
b. Accurate Information
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
c. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the TutorDekho platform or the servers and networks connected to the platform. Users also agree not to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the TutorDekho platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of TutorDekho or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
Users may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the TutorDekho platform without prior written permission from TutorDekho.
5. Payment Terms
a. Fee Structure
The fees for our services are as displayed on our platform or as communicated to you during the booking process. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
b. Payment Methods
We accept payments through various methods, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.
c. Refunds

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TutorDekho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the TutorDekho platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the TutorDekho platform; or (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the TutorDekho platform.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TutorDekho, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Termination
TutorDekho reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the TutorDekho platform. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
