At Tutor Dekho, we are committed to providing exceptional educational services to our students and their families. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed.

By enrolling in our tutoring services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms outlined in this refund policy.
1. Registration Fee
The registration fee is non-refundable, but if we fail to provide you services as per your demand and our commitment, we will refund the registration fee by deducting rupees 250/-(processing charge). If you withdraw/cancel the services for any reason, the registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Tuition Fee Payment
Tuition fees are typically collected on a monthly and quarterly basis at the time of registration via NEFT or other online payment methods.
3. Refund Policy
a. Unsatisfactory Service:
If you find our tutoring services unsatisfactory, please discuss your concerns with us. If we cannot address your concerns satisfactorily within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the dissatisfaction.
b. Service Discontinuation:
If you decide to discontinue our tutoring services, fees will be adjusted or refunded according to the following conditions:
Tuition Fee: Fees for unavailed classes can be compensated up to one financial year for the registered student. Additionally, unavailed classes can be compensated for a sibling of the student. In exceptionally rare circumstances, a refund will be made for unavailed classes after deducting a 30% service charge.
c. Tutor Unavailability:
If unforeseen circumstances result in the cancellation of a session by the assigned tutor, we will offer you the option to choose another tutor to complete the remaining sessions.
d. Schedule Conflicts:
If you encounter scheduling conflicts that prevent you from attending tutoring sessions, please notify us in advance. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer compensatory sessions.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our customer service department and provide relevant details regarding the reason for the refund request. Our team will review the request and process the refund accordingly. Refunds will be issued on the date of expiry of the package.
5. Refund Mode
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes regarding refunds, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may seek legal recourse as per the laws governing our jurisdiction.
7. Amendments to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to amend or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to clients via email or through our website.
