Terms and Conditions for Students and Parents/Guardians

A non-refundable registration fee of Rs.1000/- is required, valid for a lifetime.

Tuition fees are to be paid monthly/quarterly/half-yearly and yearly (whatever package you choose) at the time of registration via NEFT or other online methods.

Do not pay any fees directly to the tutor without prior approval from Tutor Dekho. The organization is not responsible for unauthorized payments.

Maintain respectful behavior toward tutors and all Tutor Dekho staff members.

Contact Tutor Dekho immediately if you encounter any problems with our services.

Discounts are available as follows:

• 5% for quarterly packages
• 7% for half-yearly packages
• 10% for yearly packages

Payments can be made via NEFT, cheque, or online at the time of registration.

Services will commence once cheque payments are cleared. Any bank charges due to cheque issues are the payer's responsibility.

Ensure that the tuition fee for the upcoming month is paid before the last week of the current month.

Additional charges apply for female tutors:

• Rs. 750/- for classes up to Class X
• Rs. 1000/- for classes above Class X

Tutors are typically assigned within a week after registration, though it may take longer in some cases. Your patience is appreciated.

• If dissatisfied with a tutor, contact Tutor Dekho for a replacement.
• A maximum of two replacements is allowed.
• If still unsatisfied after the third tutor, a refund will be issued after deducting the number of classes conducted by the tutors.
• Refunds may take up to 15 days and will be processed via cheque or NEFT.

For separate tutors per subject: An additional Rs. 1000/- registration fee per subject applies for Class XI, XII, and above.

Do not disclose terms, conditions, or fees to tutors. Report any inquiries from tutors regarding this information to Tutor Dekho immediately.

Do not engage tutors directly for new or existing tuition services. Violations may result in termination of services without refund, as this compromises safety and the company's reputation.

Do not continue services with a tutor who has been discontinued within a year of the registration date.

Report any issues such as irregular attendance, falsified schedules, unresponsiveness, or inappropriate behavior by tutors to Tutor Dekho promptly.

If relocating to a city where Tutor Dekho operates:

• Services can continue in the new location.
• To request a refund:
  • Email a copy of the job transfer letter to [email protected].
  • The current month's tuition fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount refunded via NEFT.
  • Notify Tutor Dekho at least 10 days before canceling the service.

Ensure that a parent, guardian, or family member is present at home during tutoring sessions. Tutor Dekho is not responsible for any incidents that occur in their absence.

Tutor Dekho does not guarantee specific academic outcomes.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Raipur courts only.

Tutor Dekho reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
